Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Specialist to join our team at Consilium Staffing.

Job Summary

This is a locum nurse practitioner position, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with an average of 15-20 patients per day. As a Critical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing basic primary care services, including sick and well visits, medication management, and chronic care management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Manage medications and monitor patient response.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families to address concerns and provide education.
Requirements
  • Board certification as a nurse practitioner.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in primary care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
