About the Role

At Sunrise Senior Living, our Care Manager plays a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Foster strong bonds with seniors through personalized care and attention.
  • Daily Activities Assistance: Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Individualized Service Plans: Develop and implement customized plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaboration and Compliance: Partner with the community team to ensure adherence to OSHA requirements and promote risk management programs and policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A commitment to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents.
  • A High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
  • In states where applicable, must maintain certifications.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
