**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral interventions to promote socially significant improvements in behavior. You will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, to identify underlying causes of problematic behavior.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, such as positive reinforcement and skill acquisition strategies.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transition of care and promote family involvement in the treatment process.

**Required Qualifications:**

• Master's or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA-D or BCBA).
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism and/or other developmental disabilities.
