Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of programs that promote youth sports and physical activity.
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Fostering a culture of teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability within our organization.
  • Providing administrative support as needed, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.

Requirements:

  • A strong desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications and technology.
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.
