Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in industrial construction to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and delivery of high-quality results. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the construction process from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and managing subcontractors and trades.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe and clean job site, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports, schedules, and other documentation as required.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among all project participants.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in industrial construction, with a strong understanding of TI construction projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
  • A commitment to safety and quality, with a track record of maintaining safe and compliant job sites.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
