As a Host and Ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our visitors, and your friendly demeanor and warm smile will set the tone for their entire experience. Your role will be to greet, guide, and direct our guests as they enter our building, ensuring that they feel valued and respected from the moment they step inside.

We're looking for someone who is not only enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service but also possesses excellent communication skills. As a Host and Ambassador, you'll be responsible for explaining our experiences to our guests, answering their questions, and providing them with a seamless and enjoyable experience. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every guest feels welcome and supported throughout their visit.

We offer a competitive salary range of $8.75 to $12.75 per hour, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
• Greet, guide, and direct our guests as they enter our building.
• Explain our experiences to our guests and answer their questions.
• Work closely with our team to ensure that every guest feels welcome and supported.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be able to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Physical Demands:

• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Walk or stand 100% of shift.
• Reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
