Senior Travel Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Travel Associate to join our team at Hines. As a key member of our real estate investment and development team, you will be responsible for assisting senior management with all aspects of project execution and completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior management with project feasibility analysis, entitlement processes, financial underwriting, project financing, and design, contracting, and construction management.
- Provide financial underwriting and project management support to ensure project execution and completion.
- Participate in the asset management of existing properties, including tenant relations, investor relations, and communications.
- Perform financial analysis of acquisitions and development opportunities via financial modeling, analysis of cash flows, and application of valuation methods using a combination of Argus and Excel software.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules for significant variances and oversee contractor payments where appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and related experience considered in lieu of post undergraduate studies; MBA or MSRE strongly preferred.
- Three or more years of work experience with a professional organization, with a record of project success or experience.
- Two or more years related experience in real estate or in a financial analysis.
- Work experience or educational background in math or engineering a plus.
