Located in scenic Arroyo Grande, California, we are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic educational team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide high-quality SLP services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting students' communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Communication Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP license to practice in the state of California.
