Quik Travel Staffing is seeking a highly skilled dialysis nurse to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in Louisville, Kentucky.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced dialysis nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a dialysis nurse with Quik Travel Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative team.
Responsibilities- Assess patient response to dialysis therapy and make appropriate adjustments as needed.
- Administer medications as ordered and assess patient educational needs.
- Provide patient education on end-stage renal disease, dialysis therapy, diet, and medications.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- 1+ year of recent experience as a dialysis nurse.
- Current state-specific RN license in good standing.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required for acute settings.
