About the Role

This position supports the mission of The Medical Center of Aurora by delivering high-quality nursing care to patients requiring telemetry, medical surgical care, or both. You will serve as the primary nurse and/or care coordinator, leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

The Super Pool RN oversees and directs the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients. When needed, you will perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide leadership and direction to assistive personnel, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary range of $38.14 - $54.54 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
