Comprehensive Physical Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
About the RoleAs a Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough patient evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to aid in patient recovery and functional independence
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, as well as a range of benefits including:
- A generous sign-on bonus of $7,500

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Completed CEU requirements in the state of practice (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR license
- Experience/knowledge with EMR software preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Basic computer skills
