Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in a large luxury apartment community. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other trades.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and navigate confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with scheduling vendors and contractors, managing budgets, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
