Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Intensive Behavioral Support Provider. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children who have developmental delays, challenging behaviors, or Autism, helping them develop social skills, communication skills, and manage repetitive or restrictive behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Document child progress and milestones
  • Help children develop social skills, communication skills, and manage repetitive or restrictive behaviors

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with children with special needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or relevant experience working with children
