We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our private duty nursing team in Santa Maria, CA.

About the Position

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of the patient’s home, working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan patient care using the nursing process
  • Collect and analyze data to identify potential nursing diagnoses
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license for the state of California
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in home healthcare
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently

  • Enteral feeds
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilator management
