Job Title: Benefits EDI Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits EDI Specialist to join our team at Paycom. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing file feeds for Paycom benefits clients and serving as the primary contact for clients, carriers, and internal parties to collect data required for implementation.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build file feeds related to new implementations or carrier changes
  • Continually test file feeds to ensure accuracy and functionality
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, carriers, and internal parties
  • Assist with Open Enrollment process for all existing clients
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to implementation
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience working with computer systems, HR experience, or related fields
  • Experience working with benefit plans or insurance carriers
  • Experience working in a client-facing role
  • Technical skills in Windows and Microsoft Office
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and may involve working overtime or additional hours outside normal shift. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position and move about inside the office, operate and use computer, phone and other office productivity tools and resources.
