Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Surge Staffing, you will be responsible for conducting service calls to ensure quality customer service, as well as conducting outside sales calls to obtain new business partnerships and customers. You will also present customers with additional Surge Staffing products and services, and implement and manage detailed marketing programs for sales calls, direct mail, in-office demonstrations, and public relations for assigned branches. Additionally, you will nurture strong business partnerships by providing exceptional customer service skills and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct service calls to ensure quality customer service
Conduct outside sales calls to obtain new business partnerships and customers
Present customers with additional Surge Staffing products and services
Implement and manage detailed marketing programs for sales calls, direct mail, in-office demonstrations, and public relations for assigned branches
Nurture strong business partnerships by providing exceptional customer service skills and building relationships with key decision-makers

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent required
