Adjunct Faculty

As an Adjunct Faculty member at San Jacinto College, you will have the opportunity to teach Automotive Technology related course work and share your expertise with students. This is a part-time faculty position that allows for flexibility and variety in your teaching schedule.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses using various delivery methods based on the teaching area and the needs of students and the College. A portion of the teaching assignment may include evening classes and possibly weekend classes, requiring a physical presence at the assigned on-site work location.

To be eligible for this position, you must have an Associate Degree (or higher level degree) and at least three (3) years' experience in Automotive Technology. Additionally, you must be ASE certified in all eight (8) areas. Your salary will be based on the Board-approved salary schedule for the current fiscal year, which ranges from $54,216 to $78,456 annually. Requisition Number: 4356. Salary Grade: AH.
