Job Description

The Sales Commission Specialist is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing all aspects of sales commission activities across assigned sites. This position serves as the subject matter expert on commissions, ensuring seamless operations and accuracy throughout our global operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process direct sales commissions and distribution point of sale commissions
  • Run monthly commission reports, both internal and external
  • Reconcile and audit monthly commission data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Maintain point of sale zip code and unit of measure tables
  • Build and maintain relationships with Sales Channel Partners
  • IDentify and resolve commission errors
  • Commission table and salesperson master maintenance
  • Enter commission adjustments as needed
  • Ensure data integrity in various systems used for commissions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, etc.
  • Assist with process improvements
  • Complete ad-hoc reporting and metrics as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance; Associate's degree with relevant experience may be considered
  • 3+ years related work experience in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Intermediate level of ERP experience preferred
  • Operational mindset and solid customer service instincts
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and facilitate problem-solving processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish working relationships success with individuals at varying levels
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to ensure commission information remains confidential
  • Self-starter with capacity to learn quickly and adapt to change
Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $20-$25 per hour, based on location and industry standards.
