About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Coordinator to join our team at Mayo Correctional Institution. In this role, you will oversee inmates in food preparation and tray assembly, ensuring timely and efficient meal service while adhering to Aramark standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of food prep or related work experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred. Ability to motivate and supervise inmates, as well as obtain a food safety certification, is essential.

This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. You will also be required to wear uniforms and/or use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The estimated salary for this position is $17/hour.
