About the Role:
- Perform microscopic analysis of cell samples from gynecologic and non-gynecologic specimens to aid in cancer detection and diagnosis.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate test results and effective patient care.
- Maintain high-quality standards in laboratory procedures and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in quality management activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Board certification as a Cytotechnologist by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
- 1 year of relevant work experience in cytopathology or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
