About the Role

Pacific Northern Environmental LLC is seeking a seasoned Director of Fleet Management to oversee our vehicle operations, ensuring efficient maintenance and compliance with local, state, and federal laws. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a reliable and cost-effective fleet.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a maintenance/repair schedule for all fleet vehicles
  • Manage the procurement of new and used vehicles, including negotiation with sub-vendors
  • Evaluate fleet performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
  • Maintain records of vehicle inspections, maintenance, and registrations
  • Collaborate with President, Vice President, and Regional Operations Management staff
  • Assume responsibility for DOT compliance and driver training in accordance with safety regulations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of related experience required
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Advanced knowledge of equipment mechanics, preventative and emergency repair procedures, and DOT regulations
  • Experience with real-time equipment monitoring systems and fleet maintenance software
  • Excellent organizational and quantitative skills
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 annually, depending on experience.
