Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Lead to join our team at PennState Health. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Med Surg unit, ensuring exceptional patient care and quality outcomes.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have 5 years of critical care nursing experience and a bachelor's degree in Nursing. They will be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or hold a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Med Surg unit, ensuring efficient patient flow and optimal resource allocation
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including patient data and operational metrics
