Dental Practice Coordinator

Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for creating a positive impression and delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will manage patient flow, handle phone calls, process payments, and maintain accurate records. Prior experience in a dental front office setting is preferred, but we provide training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Communication: Develop strong relationships with patients through excellent phone communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless communication between staff members.
- Scheduling and Billing: Efficiently schedule appointments, process payments, and manage billing tasks with ease.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and tidiness.
Requirements: Minimum 1-year experience in a dental front office environment, fluent in English, and basic knowledge of Open Dental software (training provided). Preferred: fluency in Spanish.
