Principle Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct care to obstetric and gynecology patients, providing expert diagnosis and treatment in a thoughtful and compassionate manner.
  • Work collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being, utilizing quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care.
  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary team approach to case management, ensuring seamless coordination of care.

Requirements

  • M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalency training required.
  • Board certification in OB/GYN (ABMS or AOA) and active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain).
  • Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role require lifting weights up to 32 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently. The Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy will be followed.
