Job Summary:

This role involves working as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in a home health setting, implementing care plans, and educating patients and their families on safety and medical equipment use. You'll work closely with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including salary ranges from $90k-$110k per year, depending on experience. This position is paid on a per-visit basis, and the estimated annual compensation reflects an estimate based on industry standards.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation
  • An associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • CPR certification
  • The ability to travel to all business locations
