Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Lead to lead our team of service technicians in maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying Material Handling (MHE) controls systems equipment to ensure operational performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of service technicians in completing assigned tasks and projects
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and modify MHE controls systems equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and productivity of control systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance, repair, and operation of industrial automation and control systems
  • Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and other control system components
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
