Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager, Training and Assessment. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering all aspects of volunteer and program training.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain all training resources, programs, and manuals.
- Assess training needs and volunteer performance to modify and/or develop new and enhanced training programs.
- Manage volunteer recruitment and retention activities, and maintain all required volunteer annual paperwork documentation.
- Provide primary staff support to the Commission's Standing Committee on Site Visit Process and Training.
- Work with other CODA Managers to ensure accurate information is maintained in CODA's electronic records, on the Commission's website, and in all internal and external documents related to training records.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning/Education, Online Learning, Curriculum Development, or related field.
- 5 years' experience in/with development of content and training programs for live, synchronous, and asynchronous training, and use of Learning Management Systems to deliver training; or 9 years' experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience writing, editing, and managing training programs, with emphasis on working with and developing training content for a diverse audience.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and manage several projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of emerging digital learning technologies and best practices in developing educational and training programs.
