Job Summary:

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Prospect Management to join our team. As a key member of our Prospect Development and Research department, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining the CHOP Foundation's principal gift pipeline and annotated table of gifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain the CHOP Foundation's principal gift pipeline and annotated table of gifts.
  • Work closely with the Principal Giving and Executive Initiatives leadership to drive a cohesive campaign pipeline strategy.
  • Audit the pipeline and lead initiatives to strengthen pipeline-building and dynamic portfolio management.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the top 400 donor prospects, including CHOP Foundation's data, predictive modeling, and other analytics.
  • Collaborate with front-line teams to improve velocity and response-rate of moving constituents through the Moves-Management process.
  • Build systems, tools, processes, and strategies for continuous pipeline building and more dynamic portfolio management.
  • Develop and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure pipeline health, reveal gaps in our pipeline strategy, and identify true prospects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • At least five (5) years of prospect research, management, or fundraising experience in a complex organization.
  • Experience in a capital campaign is valued
  • Strong knowledge of the role of prospect development and research and the logistics required to support a sophisticated development program
  • Collaborative and able to work and communicate effectively with colleagues across the Foundation
