Customer Service Representative Role

The Customer Service Representative is a vital member of Edge Concepts' Customer Service and Sales team. The primary goal of this role is to consistently provide exceptional support and experience to clients, resulting in client retention, revenue generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level support to clients
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve issues and scale solutions
Develop and implement promotional packages and products
Share feedback with the office to influence company development

Requirements:
