About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support and Travel Accommodations Coordinator to join our team at Accommodations Plus International. This is a full-time position for an Evening Shift (3pm-1am CST) Thursday through Sunday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison with airline partners, providing support, guidance, and training.
  • Process client requests received from airlines through our operations system, assessing customer needs and responding promptly, accurately, and professionally.
  • Follow up on all client requests and transactions, ensuring their execution and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best outcomes for clients and API.
  • Resolve client disagreements in a calm and professional manner, researching and presenting solutions based on facts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience with GDS systems, hotel reservation systems, airline reservation systems, or related functions is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a strong focus on providing professional, courteous, and friendly service.
  • Knowledge of airline crew scheduling is a strong plus.
  • Ability to positively present API in customer-facing situations, provide excellent telephone etiquette, and possess excellent writing skills.
  • Able to work overtime if needed, flexible schedule availability, including weekends, may be required.
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $43,200 per year, based on a $21.00 per hour rate, 40 hours per week. This includes time off and benefits such as paid holidays, vacation days, and sick leave. The company also offers opportunities for professional growth and development.
