About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Manager to join our team at the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in managing projects from concept to completion. They will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and management of various electrical engineering projects.

About the Job Description

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget;
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors;
  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies;
  • Ensuring compliance with MWRA's policies, procedures, and regulations;

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also participate in contract administration tasks, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting site visits, and ensuring quality control.

About the Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in electrical engineering project management;
  • Familiarity with computer software packages, including MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD;
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills;

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
