Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental care specialist to join our team at Chicago Family Health Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry and be able to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Examine patients and diagnose dental/oral conditions
  • Prescribe and carry out dental treatment within the scope of services credentialed
  • Record patient-dentist transactions in a timely manner
  • Participate in peer review, chart audit, and Quality Improvement programs
  • Assist in the provision of continuing education and on-the-job training

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited dental school
  • Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Illinois
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification
  • DEA registration
  • Enrollment in Illinois Medicaid program and others
