Business Office Administrator

The Business Office Manager at Quail Park of Lynnwood is a dynamic role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with seniors. As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining resident billing data, resident files, and community records. You will also process invoices, prepare accounts payable, and reconcile petty cash.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident billing data and resident files
* Process and deposit all resident rent checks monthly
* Prepare and submit financial reports to the home office
* Reconcile petty cash and checking accounts on a weekly basis
* Work closely with the Home Office Accounting Department to ensure accuracy of all bookkeeping/accounting correspondence
Requirements:
* 2-year degree in Business or Accounting preferred
* Minimum 2-years' experience in bookkeeping, including but not limited to A/R and A/P
* Intermediate computer skills proficiency including Word, Excel, and accounting software
* Experience using Yardi preferred
