Truck Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Truck Installation Technician to join our team at Reading Truck. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing specialty truck equipment, including service utility bodies, stake bodies, dump bodies, hitches, and other commercial truck accessories.

• Install truck bodies, plows, and commercial truck accessories
• Mount hitches, shelves, drawers, ladder racks, mud flaps, and other equipment
• Perform basic welding and other mechanical tasks as needed
• Train with other mechanics to ensure high-quality installations
• Follow safety protocols and comply with all PPE requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with power hand tools
• Basic welding skills and knowledge of electrical wiring and hydraulics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
