">Sales OpportunityWe're seeking an accomplished Direct Marketing Associate in the Cleveland area to help perfect our customers' experience in upgrading their homes. This role earns $20 per hour base pay, plus uncapped commission, potentially reaching $80,000-$90,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year.
About the JobThis position is responsible for generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. You'll record accurate data on prospective customers and target market areas while utilizing Renewal by Andersen's mapping program and business applications.
Your Responsibilities- Vigorously and diligently work to generate leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory, generating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager.
- Transport self to assigned territory and work independently, representing Renewal by Andersen at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
- Utilize Renewal by Andersen's mapping program and business applications to accurately keep records on house-to-house information and data tracking.
- Be courteous, neat, clean, and in proper uniform with required municipality permitting at all times.
- Attend company meetings as required.
- Communicate with Canvassing Program Manager ideas that can improve effectiveness of the canvassing program policies of Renewal by Andersen.
- Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, product, and current promotional offerings, becoming a Signature Service expert.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum age of 18 to be covered under company driving insurance policy.
- Reliable transportation to navigate through territory.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Able to navigate through multiple platforms on tablets.
- Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day.
