Job Summary

At Sam's Club, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our Front End team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Operate front-end equipment, including cash registers, to process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
