Job Overview

Essel Environmental is seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team of emergency response personnel.

The ideal candidate will have experience in restoration and repair work, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform restoration and repair work on buildings and structures
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
  • Clean and restore carpets and other flooring materials
  • Conduct asbestos abatement procedures as needed
  • Site Demolition and Cleanup

Requirements:

  • Able and willing to travel and work on an on-call basis
  • Must be available to deploy immediately or within 24-48 hours depending on the need
  • Confined Space certification a plus
  • Chemical/oil/confined space experience strongly preferred
  • Valid Driver's license
  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends when needed
  • Ability to perform labor intensive activities in any weather or environmental conditions
  • Reliable local transportation
  • Ability to perform duties while adhering to safety priorities while wearing PPE, such as respirators and protective clothing
