Your Responsibilities
  • Day Shifts, 4-10s: Enjoy a predictable schedule with no weekends, no call, and no holidays.
  • Protocol Management: Ensure protocols are up-to-date and compliant, submitting revisions, informed consents, and adverse events to the IRB.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with regulatory specialists, principal investigators, and sub-investigators to navigate protocol changes.
  • Feasibility Assessment: Investigate study protocols, evaluate feasibility, and optimize research outcomes.
  • Budget Wizardry: Review study budgets, balance standard care and research costs, and finalize with our budget coordinator.
  • Patient Recruitment: Identify potential study patients and coordinate their participation.
  • Patient-Centric Care: Provide customized care for our diverse patient population, considering age, culture, and individual needs.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, parents, and caregivers, avoiding medical jargon.
Your Profile
  • NJ RN License: Current and valid (or ready to obtain).
  • Oncology Passion: If you're an oncology nursing rockstar, we'll train you in clinical research.
  • BSN: Required.
