Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Snow Cat Operator to join our team at Vail Resorts. As a key member of our snow grooming team, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the ski trails and surfaces.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Groom and prepare the snow surface for skiing guests
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform preventative maintenance on grooming equipment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience operating heavy equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
