Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Cardiac Telemetry at Williamson Health in Franklin, Tennessee.

About the Role

This is a full-time night shift position that requires a compassionate and culturally competent approach to nursing care. As a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Telemetry, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing individualized patient care plans, conducting comprehensive assessments, and administering medications in a safe and healing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Accept charge responsibilities and facilitate staff development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid RN license in the State of Tennessee
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
  • Experience working in Cardiac Telemetry or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
