Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Court Clerk to join our team at the City of Brighton Colorado. As a Court Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks and procedures in support of the Municipal Court.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the public, judges, and court staff
  • Process and maintain accurate records, including court documents and case files
  • Assist with court proceedings, including preparing court schedules and coordinating with attorneys and litigants
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a court or government setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
