Agrochemical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Agrochemical Specialist to join our team at Superior AG Resources Cooperative Inc.

This is a full-time position responsible for applying crop nutrients and crop protection products. The ideal candidate will have excellent mechanical skills, enjoy working outdoors, and be comfortable operating equipment.

• Blend and custom apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals according to recommendations and label directions.
• Maintain facilities and equipment in good working order and appearance.
• Perform mechanic work on assigned vehicles.
• Complete applicator logs and reports.
• Monitor product inventory levels and inform the Location Manager of any restrictions.
• Keep facility, equipment, and application records up-to-date.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound inventory.
• Promote business with existing and potential customers.
• Deliver products to local destinations in a timely manner.
• Obtain and maintain a CDL license with necessary endorsements.
• Operate equipment safely and prudently.
• Follow local, state, and federal regulations.
• Train seasonal employees.

• Must be 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior experience is a plus but not required.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
