Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Inside Equipment Repair Mechanic to join our esteemed client in Seattle, WA.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to work as part of a team and utilize your mechanical skills to repair industrial equipment. As an Inside Equipment Repair Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with various equipment systems, including HVAC, gas engines, pumps, oil burners, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain industrial equipment, including HVAC systems, gas engines, pumps, oil burners, and electrical systems.
  • Demonstrate strong mechanical and technical skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to convey issues and solutions to colleagues and supervisors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical repair or maintenance.
  • Valid Washington State driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous experience in HVAC repair, engine repair, fabrication, welding, or industrial equipment repair.
  • Certification in relevant fields, such as OSHA or EPA.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
