Position: Dietary Server

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver meals to residents and guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Ensure resident satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
  • Report any comments or concerns to the Dining Services Manager.
  • Assist with bussing and resetting tables.
  • Support in-room services as needed.
  • Complete assigned side work.
  • Comply with health codes for food handling.
  • Attend in-service training and pre-shift meetings.
  • Handle china, glassware, and equipment safely.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cook or in a related field.
  • Ability to follow sanitation procedures.
  • Excellent physical condition and stamina.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma a plus.
