About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dynamic Retail Display Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing displays that showcase our products in various retail stores.

Job Overview

In this role, you will work independently to plan, execute, and maintain point-of-purchase displays, product rotations, and visual merchandising elements in assigned stores. You will also collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to read and understand English, and have basic math skills. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods. Reliable transportation is required to report to assigned locations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform service work in Hallmark departments of various retail stores, including grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing displays that showcase our products.
  • Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels.
  • Support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations.
Schedule and Availability

This is a part-time position with a variable schedule during the work week. Weekly hours for this position are between 8-11 hours per week. Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

Estimated Salary

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on location and shift.
