Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Specialist, Applied Leadership and Learning to join our team at the University of Tennessee. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the College of Health, Education and Professional Studies in its mission to deliver exceptional educational experiences.

About the Role
  • This is an Administrative Associate 3 position with a monthly rate of $6,000.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Support
  • Provide administrative support to the College's leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with faculty, staff, and students to promote a positive work environment.
Applied Leadership and Learning
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans, initiatives, and programs that enhance student learning and success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality educational experiences that align with the College's mission.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration, preferably in a leadership role.
