Job Description

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer Intern to join our team. As a member of our software development team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including implant firmware, systems for manufacturing and testing, data platforms, and neurosurgical robot software.

Our ideal candidate is a versatile engineer who is interested in architecting and implementing elegant software solutions. You will have the autonomy to propose creative approaches to problems and work collaboratively with colleagues across the company to accelerate our pathway to mass-market, consumer-grade brain-computer interfaces.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement simple and elegant software solutions
  • Proven track record of shipping software with real-world impact
  • Enthusiasm for technology and software
  • Understanding of how systems work at a fundamental level
Requirements
  • Familiarity with Ruby, Python, and/or JavaScript
  • Experience with C/C++/Rust
  • Knowledge of container management and orchestration
  • Experience with full-stack application frameworks like Ruby on Rails or Django
  • Understanding of web development
  • Experience in infrastructure development
