About the Role

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Technology Operations group, you will be responsible for leading programs and ensuring the timely, on-budget technology execution of the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead programs and drive end-to-end technology execution
  • Engage with key business and technology portfolio partners to understand opportunities, risks, and issues
  • Interact with multiple Engineering teams to deliver and operate foundational technologies
  • Develop and execute a program communications plan
  • Utilize program collaboration tools and manage the delivery of key technology solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience
  • Formal training in project or portfolio management methodologies and/or certifications
  • Experience running and executing multi-million-dollar budgets across multiple technology platforms and business areas
  • Outstanding collaboration, listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum, as well as traditional waterfall methodologies
  • Solid experience in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Confluence (or similar tools)
  • Deep experience with tools such as Aha, JIRA, and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with AI is a plus
  • Local candidate preferred, but remote candidates will be considered if highly qualified
