1. Manage multiple channels of communication with patients and care management teams.
2. Provide assistance to members with prescription coverage and medication issues.
3. Verify patient benefits and eligibility.
4. Manage patient confidential medical information.
5. Take inbound and make outbound routine and urgent patient calls.
6. Initiate the patient intake process for medication and complete applications for assistance from pharmaceutical companies.
7. Coordinate dispensing and shipping from external special pharmacies for medication refills.
8. Contact providers to obtain signatures and complete provider applications.
9. Fax completed applications to pharmaceutical companies/patient assistance programs.
10. Enter patient data into the Narus Health software platform for applications.
