Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Grand of Dublin. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality care to our residents while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical team
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
Requirements:
Current LPN license with IV certification in the State of Ohio
Current CPR certification
Prior experience with PointClickCare a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
